Lorraine Teel is a strategic C-Suite executive whose breadth of experience, deep understanding of best practices, and focus on revenue creation drives exponential positive financial impact for companies and clients. With a gift for knowing what to touch in an organization to drive asset performance, increase brand value, and effect culture change, she turns around, launches, and grows companies. Her rapid and intuitive grasp of gaps in business models and operational performance is always backed up by hard data and innovative tools.
Lorraine co-founded Rockman Advisory because of a need in the marketplace for small to medium size companies. The focus is on providing clients with innovative and double digit Return On Investment (ROI) solutions, while creating, implementing, and monitoring the Full-Life cycle of client Account Management End-to-end (FLAME) method*. The objective is to improve customer satisfaction, achieve higher revenues, and realize increased profits.
As Director & Practice Leader in Deloitte and Touche’s National Real Estate Risk Advisory Practice, Lorraine was chartered with growing the Practice to $50 million. She developed the strategic plan, integrating five major service lines and customizing service offerings. Subsequently, she launched the growth strategy and, in the first year, the Practice’s revenue increased 58%. Earlier in her career at Deloitte, Lorraine was selected for the firm’s national real estate Management Development Program, where the firm’s global real estate leader trained her. Later, Lorraine transformed the strategic win of a telecommunications company into an entirely new service line for Deloitte targeting corporations that needed to optimize their organizations and real estate assets.
Lorraine’s consulting experience incorporates ten years of company leadership, serving as CEO and COO for StratVisor, a strategic advisory firm that she founded to fill a gap that she identified in the industry. StratVisor’s success in integrating strategy, real estate finance, and operational management into an interconnected vision generated leaps in revenue and performance for her clients. She also developed a proprietary strategic performance assessment (SPA) based on best practices that became a tool for delivering strategies quickly, cost effectively, and on point. She also served as Interim COO for a regional real estate company with a $100 million portfolio where she increased occupancy by 5% in 8 months, ultimately growing the value of the real estate by $63 million.
She began her career in Portfolio and Asset Management with private equity portfolio companies Hampton Realty Advisors, Northcorp Realty Advisors (Nasher Company), and Market Center Development.
Lorraine holds an MBA and is a CPA. She is active in several key real estate professional organizations, including CREW, where she received the Outstanding Achievement Award. She is a frequent speaker on topics such as real estate analytics and customer service for tenant/resident retention.
